Bone marrow transplantation (BMT) survivors face a doubled risk of developing solid cancers, particularly liver, oral, and cervical cancers. Younger patients and those with chronic graft-versus-host disease show increased susceptibility, highlighting the need for vigilant long-term monitoring.
