Summary

This study compared three methods for separating cells using domestic immunomagnetic beads. The direct method was found to be the most effective, achieving high separation rates for Hut-78 cells and significantly reducing CD4-positive cells. Cell activity remained high, and the direct method outperformed the SPA and Biotin-Avidin methods. The study concludes that the direct method is optimal for domestic bead use in cell separation.
