Abstract:
The association of cutaneous and mucosal pigmentation with gastrointestinal polyposis has been well-described as the Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. A case is described of a patient who has evidence of gastrointestinal polyposis, diffuse and circumscribed macular hyperpigmentation, a nasal polyp, and the additional features of buccal mucosal pigmented papillomas.
