Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the clinical and histologic changes in skin following five sessions of tretinoin peeling.
  • To assess the efficacy of tretinoin peeling for various dermatologic conditions.

  • Fifteen female patients underwent twice-weekly tretinoin peeling sessions at concentrations ranging from 1% to 5%.
  • Clinical assessments of skin texture and appearance were performed.
  • Histologic examination of punch biopsy specimens was conducted pre- and post-treatment.
