Technique for study of lymph changes induced by feeding ticks (Acarina and Ixodidae) on the dog

A surgical technique is described for cannulating the right cervical lymphatic duct. Methods for securing the cannula, restraining the dog during collection of lymph, and exposing the dogs to ticks are also discussed.
