Determination of topotecan by ELISA

A new, highly sensitive ELISA assay was developed to measure topotecan (s)-9-dimethylaminomethyl-10-hydroxy-camptothecin. This assay accurately quantifies topotecan in biological samples, aiding pharmacokinetic studies.
