[The effects of hypoxia on wavelet decomposition of event-related potential]

This study recorded the event-related potentials (ERP) of eleven healthy male subjects who were in the condition of acute altitude hypoxia caused by in halation of low oxygen mixture. The multiresolution wavelet transform and statistics were used to analyze the ERP. The result demonstrates that the detail components are sensitive to the hypoxia.
