[Lignans from Schisandra propinqua (Wall.) Hook. f. et Thoms]

Three dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans were isolated from the stems of Schisandra propinqua (Wall.) Hook.f.et Thoms. Their structures were identified as interiotherin A (I), benzoylisogomisin O (II) and gomisin G (III) by spectroscopic analysis. Compound I was first discovered in Schisandra genus. Compounds II and III were originally isolated from S. propinqua.
