    Elevated urinary Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta) levels are common in primary immunocomplex glomerulonephritis, indicating its role in disease pathogenesis. Urinary IL-1 beta may serve as a non-invasive marker for diagnosing and monitoring glomerulonephritis activity.
