A new enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) offers sensitive measurement of serum thyroglobulin (Tg), improving detection of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) recurrence. This assay provides earlier and more reliable monitoring for treated DTC patients compared to traditional methods.
