[Public health systems and methods of their financing]

A correlation between type of the state as regards public consciousness (authoritarian, liberal, democratic) and type of public health is disclosed. The type of public health determines the ways of its financing (centralized management, tariff regulation, and free prices) and forms of regulation of financial flows in public health.
