Abstract:
Taking professional law and rumuneration relevance into account physician services that are based on tele-medicine are not reimbursed in Germany. Both the medical fee schedule for private services and the medical fee schedule for statutory health insurance services do not allow reimbursement of tele-medicine, with the exception of simple consultation via phone.
