Abstract:
A primary isolated angiomyolipoma presenting as a splenic mass is described. This is the first reported case of primary splenic angiomyolipoma without angiomyolipoma in the kidney or evidence of tuberous sclerosis, and it coexists with an adenocarcinoid of the appendix.
