Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and pharmacotherapy offer effective treatments for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). While pharmacotherapy may have slight short-term advantages, CBT provides lasting benefits and better cost-effectiveness for SAD patients.
