Background:

Multiple lymphomatous polyposis (MLP) is a rare condition characterized by multiple polypoid lesions in the gastrointestinal tract.
MLP presents diagnostic challenges due to its varied clinical and pathological manifestations.

Observation:

This study presents two cases of MLP affecting different segments of the gastrointestinal tract.
Both cases exhibited typical clinical and pathological features consistent with MLP.

Findings:

Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) was utilized to document findings in MLP for the first time.
EUS demonstrated structural changes in the gastrointestinal tract wall and identified affected lymph nodes.
