[Anesthesiological support of operations in patients with diabetic angiopathy of lower extremities]

Basing on retrospective analysis of anesthesiological support of operations in 1427 patients with complicated course of diabetes mellitus, it was established that application of central segmental blockade is safe and secure method. For conduction of operation with small traumaticity it is expedient to apply general intravenous or conduct anesthesia.
