Abstract:
Diagnosis in allergy-immunology is based on clinical elements (History--Skin tests) and biological elements: search for IgE to allergens or for allergens that are presumed to be responsible and in the case of asthma or rhinitis on tests of respiratory function and/or rhinomanometry and/or nasofibroscopy; finally on provocation tests if necessary.
