Abstract
Objective:
To determine chemical constituents of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D. C.) Koidz by quantitative with qualitative analysis.
Methods:
By GC and GC/MS/DS analytical technology and SE-54 capillary column, the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D. C.) Kiodz were systematically analyzed.
Results:
68 peaks were separated, which occupied over 90% of the total area of all chromatographic peaks. The 55 components were identified.
Conclusion:
The number of compoments of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D. C.) Koidz determined in this analysis, are two times as many as those reported in some literatures.
