Abstract
Objective:
Extradural cortical stimulation is a recent addition to the armamentarium of functional neurosurgery. This article reviews results of treatment of chronic central and neuropathic pain.
Conclusions:
It is concluded that extradural cortical stimulation may be effective in several refractory cases.
