Dual chamber (DDD) pacemaker therapy significantly improved symptoms and reduced pressure gradients in patients with mid-cavity obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). This therapy offers a viable alternative for patients unsuitable for traditional cardiac surgery.
