Abstract
Objective:
To perfectly solve the urine-kept and urinary problems of the vesical cancer patients after vesicoectomy.
Methods:
We performed low-tensioned and "b"-like ileocystoplasty in 16 patients.
Results:
After the operation, new vesica urinaria worked well in keeping and emptying urine-urine through the urethra. Residual urine test, chemical test and urography showed that there were no disturbance of body water and electrolyte metetabolism, no reterograde urine in the ureter, no uracratia, and no damage to renal function.
Conclusions:
Ileocystoplasty can be used clinically.
