Cervical positioning for reduction of sleep-disordered breathing in mild-to-moderate OSAS

A special cervical pillow improved mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) by promoting head extension. This simple, noninvasive method reduced breathing disturbances and arousals during sleep.
