[Morphologic aspects of transplantation of vascularized tissues complexes]

Microcirculation and tissue leukocytes in transplanted on vascular peduncle tissue complex were studied with light microscopy. Lymph outflow disorders were the causes of transplant edema. Lymph outflow and hemocirculation were restored through new vessels formation that was revealed in all transplant tissues over 2-8 months after transplantation. With time, processes of sclerotic transformation in tissues of transplanted flap progress due to denervation and function loss of transplanted tissues.
