Background:

The General Medical Council (GMC) recognized the need for a consistent approach to assessors' preparation. This gap motivated the design of a program that simulates real-world assessment scenarios. The goal was to ensure that assessors could apply standardized procedures across specialties. This paper addresses the challenge of training assessors for performance evaluations.
