Abstract
Background:
This article looks at different models of integrated nursing and more traditional models of community nursing in primary care, as well as examining models of change for implementing integrated nursing.
Conclusion:
The models of change used by those who have developed integrated nursing teams successfully will be useful for anyone embarking on a similar project.
