[Sacro-epidural anesthesia in an out-patient clinic]

During operative procedures the authors have employed sarcoepidural anesthesia successfully in 51 patients, operated upon under outpatient conditions. No complications while using this kind of anesthesia were observed. Due to its duration and feasibility the latter seems to be rational in ambulatory conditions.
