Abstract:
Medical histories of 22 patients operated for obturative intestinal obstruction due to cholelithiasis were analyzed, some specific features of this disease were defined. Surgical treatment consisted of enterotomy and cholelithoextraction with obligative decompression of higher intestinal parts. Sound stimulation of the intestine by Russian apparatus "Aropak-536" in combined treatment permitted to restore earlier motor function of gastrointestinal tract.
