[Wegener's granulomatosis]

An observation over a case of Wegener' granulomatosis in a 29-year-old woman is set forth. The disease developed against the background of a chronic inflammatory process in the mucosa of the upper respiratory tract during the period of pregnancy and delivery. Generalized lesions of the mucosa and paranasal sinuses, as well as granulomatosis of visceral organs were noted.
