Abstract:
Good nutrition is the basis of good health and poor nutrition is directly linked with certain illnesses, such as heart disease. A great deal of research on nutrition is carried out every year, but little may actually be read by health staff. A project aimed at ensuring that the latest information reaches those who need it is now running in 24 European countries.
