Abstract:
Portal vein aneurysm is an unusual vascular abnormality. Up to now, 35 cases were described in the literature. In this case report the diagnosis was made with ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, CT, MRI, MR angiography, and Digital Subtraction Angiography. Clinical and imaging characteristics as well as the treatment opportunities of this vascular abnormality are discussed.
