Background:

  • Testicular biopsy specimens often contain debris, complicating sperm retrieval for Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
  • Existing testicular sperm extraction (TESE) methods can be less efficient than epididymal sperm retrieval due to debris interference.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To develop and evaluate an improved processing technique for testicular sperm extraction (TESE).
  • To reduce debris in TESE specimens, thereby facilitating sperm pickup for ICSI.
