Summary
Valsalva retinopathy, a vision loss condition, can occur during labor due to increased abdominal pressure. This case report shows successful treatment of labor-induced Valsalva retinopathy with Nd:YAG laser therapy.

- After Nd:YAG laser treatment three weeks postpartum, visual acuity improved to 20/20 and the hemorrhage resolved.

- Labor-induced Valsalva retinopathy is a potential complication of childbirth.
- Nd:YAG laser treatment appears effective for managing premacular hemorrhage in Valsalva retinopathy.
