The Larsen syndrome, autosomal dominant form

A mother and her newborn with the characteriestic facial features, congenital dislocations and other associated skeletal anomalies of the hands, feet and vertebras associated with the Larsen syndrome are described. It seems likely that the mode of inheritance in this family is that of an autosomal dominant trait.
