Abstract:
A case of an eight-toed foot which was successfully treated at 13 months of age by resection of the middle toes, and transfer of the posterior tibial and anteriotibial tendons has been described. A double sized great toe was present. Since no other associated congenital abnormalities were present, this is classified as an isolated polydactyly.
