[Chromosomal diseases of surgical interest]

After a short review of the most common chromosomic diseases, the possibility of surgical action in some of these "chromosomic patients" is suggested. This possibility would appear to arise from a careful analysis involving various health components. In conclusion some working hypotheses which might be developed in the by no means distant future are discussed.
