Summary

Bipolar electrocautery (BPE) is the most effective laparoscopic sterilization method, showing no pregnancies in 94 cases. Endothermic coagulation (EC) had a high failure rate, and unipolar electrocoagulation (UPE) should be abandoned. Hysterosalpingography is unreliable for post-sterilization assessment.
