Recurrent spasm of radial artery graft mimicking fixed stenosis

Spasm of native coronary arteries and coronary artery bypass conduits is well described. We report a case in which spasm of a radial artery graft occurred and was misinterpreted as a fixed lesion, resulting in an attempted coronary intervention.
