[New approach to the operative treatment of chronic venous insufficiency]

The efficacy of application the half-closed paratibial fasciotomy and closed dissection of the perforans vein were studied in 14 patients with the chronic venous insufficiency symptoms of a lower limb (damage of the ileo-femoral segment) in decompensation stage. The expediency of wide use this operative method in such patients were substantiated.
