[Change of immunological reactivity in patients with acute cholecystitis]

The immune system state was studied up in dynamics in 100 patients with an acute cholecystitis, depending on the operative intervention method applied (the open or endoscopic one). The disease is accompanied by significant immunoperversion answer. Performance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy influences the organism immune system more sparely than open method.
