Abstract:
The Acute Dialysis Quality Initiative is a collaborative effort of intensivists and nephrologists from around the world. The methodology developed for this initiative is a combination of evidence appraisal and review by expert jury. The system involves preconference, conference, and postconference activities designed to classify existing consensus, identify areas of controversy, summarize existing evidence, and outline future research objectives.
