Supporting remote and complicated critical incidents through E-mail support teams

This paper describes an innovation to the Critical Incident Stress (CISM) crisis intervention system. The innovation described entails the creation of an Internet-based consultation and support system. The paper further describes how this system was applied in response to the attempted political coup in the nation of Fiji.
