Standards applied to clinical practice

The Standards are the foundation of the JRCERT mission to promote excellence in education and enhance the quality and safety of patient care through the accreditation of educational programs. Program compliance with the Standards is an important component in achieving the JRCERT mission. However, program compliance depends on both academic and clinical activities. By becoming aware of and following JRCERT Standards, clinical education settings and their employees will contribute greatly to achieving the excellence in education that leads to good and safe patient care.
