Most Canadian vitreoretinal surgeons surveyed do not follow Endophthalmitis Vitrectomy Study (EVS) guidelines for treating postoperative bacterial endophthalmitis. Their management choices, particularly regarding surgical approach and antibiotic use, differ from EVS recommendations.
