Abstract:
A patient is presented who demonstrated migration of a retained intrapulmonary bullet 7 years after injury. This resulted in bronchial occlusion and post-obstructive lung infection without apparent hemoptysis. Lobectomy is considered the operative procedure of choice for this condition.
