[Studies on the possibility of mRNA translation for interferon in the heterologic systems]

It is established that mRNA for interoferon which is isolated from free polysomas bound with endoplasmic reticulum can translate protein in homological and heterological systems. The predominant synthesis of interoferon is observed on the bound polysomas.
