This review covers serological markers, including anti-neutrophil cytoplasm autoantibodies (ANCA) and anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae mannan antibodies (ASCA), for inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) diagnosis and monitoring. Further research is needed to understand their role in IBD pathophysiology.
