Summary

Core 2 beta 1,6-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase (C2GnT) and alpha 1,4-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase (alpha 4GnT) are key enzymes in O-glycan biosynthesis. Their detection in cancer cells suggests roles in tumor progression and potential for diagnostic applications.
