Background:

  • Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM) is a rare B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder.

  • To characterize the unique IgM VDJ sequence (clonotypic) in WM patients.
  • To evaluate the utility of clonotypic IgM monitoring for disease assessment.
