Summary

Chronic suppurative lung disease (CSLD) is highly prevalent in Indigenous Australian children, often linked to comorbidities. Investigations impact management, but spirometry does not correlate with HRCT scan severity in these pediatric patients.

    • Improving living standards is critical, but thorough medical investigations for affected children remain essential for optimal care.
