Flat colorectal neoplastic lesions show a high malignancy rate. Lesion size is the most significant risk factor for malignant transformation in these growths.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics of flat colorectal neoplastic lesions.

  • Analysis of 115 flat neoplastic lesions (> or = 5 mm) from 87 patients diagnosed via colonoscopy.
